I went to the sample writing you provided and was very depressed by what I read. I probably should have finished it since I only got thru the “killing of Bambi’s mom” part aka the tragedy that our heroine recovers from, but didn’t. I am glad that the details were “off screen” so to speak, “after the deed was done…” no details on the deed, gratefully. I’m thinking, this isn’t probably going to be an author I read more of.
