I probably should have finished it since I only got thru the &quot;killing of Bambi&#039;s mom&quot; part aka the tragedy that our heroine recovers from, but didn&#039;t.  I am glad that the details were &quot;off screen&quot; so to speak, &quot;after the deed was done...&quot; no details on the deed, gratefully.  I&#039;m thinking, this isn&#039;t probably going to be an author I read more of.</description>
